Minta Farm Estate is a large scale subdivision with a total of 1582 lots inclusive of a signalised intersection and MW wetlands. 30+ Stages have been completed since 2019.

Key Achievements

  • Utilisation of recycled materials (ie. Recycled FCR, Eko Pipe, Recycled Plastic Pipe, Recycled Asphalt – Polypave, Emesh Concrete).
  • Construction of all drainage, sewer, water, gas and electrical services, and associated road infrastructure to facilitate over 1500 homes in 2022/23.
